Q. Why can't I log into the forums?

Before you can log into the Forums, you must 'activate' your MojoWorld.org forums account. This is done at the Pandromeda website on your My Account page. The 'activate' button will only be present when you are logged into an account that has a MojoWorld product registered to it. Once the MojoWorld.org forums account has been activated, a status message is shown on the My Account page. If you cannot remember the account name to which your MojoWorld product is registered, submit a Registration Query and include the first 10 characters of your MojoWorld product's registration code.

Q. My MojoWorld.org forums account is active, but I still can't get in!
A.
Another thing to remember when logging in is that the login and password fields are case-sensitive—that is, the name 'Fred' is different from the name 'frEd' and so on. If you are still having trouble logging into the forums, submit a Registration Query and include the first 10 characters of your MojoWorld product's registration code.
